The RS2201 SAS Marathon 2U Rack Storage Server line offers exceptional performance value using Intel's latest line of Dual-Core Xeon processor technology. With up to 32GB of memory and two 1000T Ethernet ports, the RS2201 SAS Marathon is well suited for the most storage intensive application environments where high performance storage is essential. In addition, the RS2201 SAS Marathon features twelve removable hot swap SAS drives totaling up to 12TB of data space that can be configured as raw space or intelligently in several RAID environments. And because Applied Control Concepts uses Intel branded architecture, there are several operating system environments to choose from, including Microsoft Server solutions, several distributions of Linux and virtualization solutions from top software manufacturers such as VMWare.

The RS2201 SAS Marathon storage rack mountable form factor is based on industry standards allowing for ease of installation within existing equipment both onsite or at your co-location facility.
